Restoration of small cottage at Loqueffret This property required a total renovation. The interior was completely gutted, concrete base laid, full plumbing installed, complete rewire, all walls rendered, new stairs installed, bathroom and kitchen built, log burning stove fitted and finally the attic space was insulated, plaster boarded and plastered, and Velux roof windows installed, creating a large bedroom and retaining all the original exposed roof timbers. |
