This steel and glass porch was in both poor and dangerous condition.Once removed a new porch of the same dimensions was constructed using uPVC windows and door together with a slate roof making the external aspect of this property much more attractive.

Other work completed at this property was a full re-wire, installation of new bathroom suite, new internal doors installed, all ground floor ceilings insulated and UPVC lambris ceilings fitted onto the joists.
